Annmarie Savill

Annmarie is CEDR’s Head of People and Corporate Services.

Graduating from London College of Fashion in 2006 with a foundation degree in design and pattern cutting, Annmarie followed a path into retail management specialising in visual styling and merchandising. After 10 successful years working for three major high street brands she took the step into office administration, supporting CEDR’s Skills team in managing courses, and in 2016 was promoted to office manager. In 2019 Annmarie was promoted to the role of Head of People and Corporate Services and has since completed a level 3 diploma in Human Resource Practice, gaining associate CIPD status.

Annmarie’s main responsibilities at CEDR are focussed on Supplier contracting, recruitment, employee engagement, Learning and Development and ongoing development of CEDR’s performance management processes. She acts as a mentor to several members of management staff, an advisor to the leadership team and is often called upon to provide coaching and training, particularly in relation to recruitment activities.

Annmarie is both first aid and fire marshal certified and will be undertaking both mental health first aid, and project management courses in the next six months.
