Federico Antich is the Founder of Studio dell’Avvocato Antich and a noted Mediator. He has been in practice as an Attorney since 1997 specializing in, among others, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property and telecommunications and is admitted as Counsel to the Supreme Court and higher Courts in Italy.

Federico has been a Mediator since 1999, is accredited by multiple national and international bodies and brings vast experience from over 5,000 mediations conducted under the rules of different Institutions, involving either b2b or c2b disputes, mainly in the field of Consumer Laws and long term commercial contracts with an average success rate above 80%.

Professional background

Federico’s interest in ADR goes back to his university times. He became a Professional Mediator with the Chamber of Commerce of Firenze in 1999. Federico is a member in good standing of the Firenze Bar Association since 1997, and also licensed to practice before Italy’s Supreme Court. He also participated as legal counsel or was appointed as arbitrator in ad hoc arbitration proceedings on disputes involving corporate law.
